Are your watches brand new?
Yes. All our watches are brand new, unworn, and carefully checked before dispatch.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are securely packed and dispatched quickly from the UK. We use Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service.
Do the watches come ready to wear?
Yes. Every watch is supplied with a fitted battery, so it’s ready to wear straight out of the box.
Do all watches come with a gift box?
Yes. All watches are presented in a luxury gift box, making them ideal for gifting or personal use.
Can I resize my watch bracelet at home?
For bracelet-style watches, an adjustment tool is included to allow easy resizing at home.
What should I do if my watch arrives damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event of an issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos if applicable. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
What is your returns & refunds policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your watch within the stated returns period. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us first so we can help arrange your return.
